Ennis Aire once again shows diversity by tackling this 378 Unit Wrap located in North Austin.  Ennis Aire also has the privilege to partner with Cadence on Blockhouse Creek (348 unit) and Conor on Liveoak (327 unit).
 

Trailhead

Ennis Aire has teamed up with MW Builders for the first time to bring the City of Ft Worth another multifamily apartment complex totaling 284 units. 

Stockyards Project

Ennis Aire will be busy in Ft Worth teaming up with Weis Builders to build a 418 unit complex in the Historic Ft Worth Stockyards. Ennis Aire is also partnering on West Vickery, Southlake Town Square, 710 Eden, with more in the pipeline. 

Storybook

We are excited to Partner with Stillwater to bring this unique project that consist of 207 cottages and 19 Duplexes to the City of McKinney, Tx. Other projects include the Link Frisco and Reserve Mansfield.

LUX Gateway

Ennis is excited to be apart of this BBL project that will be a 336 unit complex in Forney Texas. Stillwell Avery has been another project that Ennis Aire has been proud to Partner with BBL on.

Lofts at Creekview

We are proud to be apart of this 301 unit Multifamily community in downtown San Antonio. We thank Galaxy Construction for allowing us to help build this project in San Antonio.  Ennis Aire has partnered with Galaxy over the last several years to complete many jobs throughout the DFW, Austin, and San Antonio regions. 

 

Celina Hills

We are excited to announce that Ennis Aire has teamed up with one of the Largest Builders in the nation DHI, a DR Horton Company, to help build a 345 Multifamily complex in one of the largest growing areas in Texas, Celina. We have also  partnered with DHI on Ascend at Chisolm Trail.
